WHY WE BUILT THIS
Education360 was built to give districts a full, connected view of every student. E360Beyond takes that a step further. It opens the doors that most students never get to walk through: the offices, the internships, the conversations that shape a student's path long after the classroom.
We already work with a network of Fortune 500 partners. Every student in our partner districts should have access to that same network, not just the ones who happen to know somebody.

HOW E360BEYOND WORKS
Students in partner districts can apply for internships through XDuce Public Services' network of Fortune 500 and private sector clients. We make the connection. The student puts in the work.
Real professionals, including engineers, executives, and designers, who've agreed to be there when a student wants to talk. This isn't a stiff, formal program. It's a real person on the other end of a message.
Workshops, resume help, interview practice, and real exposure to professional settings that most students never see before college applications are due. Run entirely by XDuce, at no cost to the district.

E360Beyond is still taking shape. The first partnerships are forming, and the first round of student opportunities is being put together right now. Edison Township is already on board, and the next districts we partner with will help shape what this program becomes.

XDuce was built to help governments and schools run better. Somewhere along the way, we realized the students inside those schools need more than better software. They need doors opened. They need people to call. They need a network behind them.
Most of us at XDuce got our first real opportunity because someone we knew opened a door for us. Not every student has that person in their corner. E360Beyond is our attempt to be that person for the students who don't.

Yes. There's no fee for the district, the students, or their families. XDuce funds the program as part of our commitment to the districts we partner with.
No. E360Beyond is open to any district that wants to partner with us on student opportunity. Our current Education360 districts are simply the first to join, not a requirement to get in.
Nothing leaves the district without clear, opt-in consent from students and families. We follow FERPA and the NJ Student Data Privacy Act in full, and districts keep full control of their data at all times.
Right now, the program is focused on high school students, especially those getting ready for college or the start of their career. We may expand to other grades in future cohorts.
That's fine. We take on the heavy lifting. All your district needs to do is connect interested students to us. This program was built with districts that don't have extra capacity in mind.
